History

In the 1920's Alfio Bonaccorsi came from Sicily to find a new life with his bride Leonarda Ferlito (pictured below).  He farmed the land and sold strawberries and vegetables to the residents of Oswego, NY in the summer, in the early years traveling to NYC in the winter to find work and support his family.

His son (pictured below) carried on the family business with his primary crops being lettuce and onions grown on the mucklands and also a produce stand with vegetables and strawberries.

There is something about working the land that is hard to leave behind, so once again there is a Bonacorsi (3rd generation!) produce stand.  Bonacorsi Family Farm has come to Franklin Township, Quakertown, NJ.

We are conveniently located on route 579 about 3 miles north of route 12, on the outskirts of Flemington.  We look forward to providing you with the high quality of produce that has come to be expected with the Bonacorsi family name.
