NOTE: Berries will be listed as available on homepage when they are
ripe until their season ends. If they are not listed, they are
not are not in season
Strawberries
During
strawberry season we are open an hour earlier:
pick-your-own is offered daily 9am-6pm.
Picked berries will be on
the stand from about 10am until 7pm
or until what has been
picked for the day runs out.
Quart boxes are provided.
Wine
Grapes
We
expect to offer pick-your-own wine grapes in 2011.
Please contact us to be
alerted regarding varieties, quantities, brix, and expected
ripening dates. Subject to availability, grapes may be
reserved with a deposit and will be sold by the pound.
There is no additional fee for use of our crusher/destemmer
while at the farm. Please bring your own containers to
transport your juice or grapes.
Raspberries
and Blackberries
Due to the transition as we move
our pick-your-own up to the front field, for 2011 pick your
own raspberries and blackberries will be available in season
as posted on our homepage and by
appointment only. Pint baskets are provided. We
do not use larger size baskets for the
raspberries/blackberries because we find the smaller size
baskets reduce weight on the lower berries, reducing
likelihood of crushing, and helping them to keep longer.
Please contact us
to set up a picking time outside of hours posted on our home page. We
will do our best to accommodate you.
Crop
loads vary from late June through October.
